Winter Membership Meeting

The Board of the Port Tobacco Players would like to invite you to our upcoming Winter General Membership Meeting.  Our Winter membership meeting will be held on February 17, 2024 at the Waldorf JayCees Hall (Geissenbier Room).  The Waldorf Jaycees Hall is located at 3090 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD. 

Doors will open at 6pm
Dinner served at 7PM
Meeting will be held at 8PM

Cost of dinner will be $30 per person. 

Dinner will be catered by the JayCees and will include:

• Cheese Tray
• Roast Top Round of Beef
• Grilled Chicken Teriyaki
• Salad with Ranch or Balsamic dressing
• Parsley New Potatoes
• Fresh Vegetable Medley
• Rolls & Butter
• Coffee/tea/water
• Cash Bar

RSVP’s and payment must be received by February 8, 2024 and payment can be made on line through AudienceView (ticketing system), by check made payable to PTP and mailed to PO Box 2030, La Plata, MD, 20646, PayPal or call the theater and speak to Mike Gahan.
Our own Carlton Silvestro will provide music, there will be a sneak preview of “9-5” and Trivia to end the night.

And of course you don’t want to miss the announcement of the 2024-2025 Season of Shows!

Enclosed in this mailing is the ballot and bios for the election of 3 members to the board of Directors.  Please review and return.  Also, we will be voting on a by-law change (proposal enclosed).
