Show Production List
Show Title, Author credits, Producer, Director, Music Director, Choreography, Show Dates.
Show Art
The full finished art for the show. Used for all promotional material
Show Write Up
A description of show at least a paragraph in length.
Should include any sensitivties important to the show.

Audition Announcement
Submitted via audition form with all information filled out so that it can be included on socials and website.
Cast List
Submitted via the cast list form to ensure all needed parties have information.
Rehearsal photos
Submitted regularly during rehearsals to help create "buzz".
Promo Photos delivered
Promo photos help sell the show by giving a sneak peek. Costumes don't need to be final design, just a representation of look and in a relevant place.
Promo Video is Due
Two weeks before opening night, your promo video for the lobby is due to Public Affairs.
Press Photos Due
Press / Production photos are due the Sunday before Opening night. They can be done earlier, but recommended to be done before Press Night.
Opening Night Performance
Celebrate all the hard work you've put into the last few months.
