The PTP stage and rehearsal hall are available for rental for award ceremonies, dance recitals, concerts, band events, and other short term events.
Please check the Facility Calendar to ensure the dates requested are available. Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply email. Generally you will receive a reply in less time, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Price is $75 per hour. Use of PTP sound or lighting (not including general purpose stage lighting) will incur an extra cost per hour to pay for a PTP technician to operate the sound/lighting boards. You may provide your own sound or lighting equipment and boards as needed.
Please be aware that due to the regular show schedule, there may be construction or set pieces on stage that will not be able to be removed. We will make every effort to accommodate an empty stage, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: There are three shows in various states of production at any time in the Port Tobacco Players theater spaces. An empty date on the PTP Facility Calendar does not necessarily mean that the theater is available for a rental.
